The holiday residences, accomplished in 2008,  are located in the Agios Jannis bay on the island of Lefkas in the Ionian sea at the greek westcoast south of Corfu.

The villas were drawn by the architect maria ramisch. They are located slightly above the bay with a  dreamlike view over the sea and the seemingly endless deserted beach. The beach with it`s comfy taverns is within walking distance (about 200 m) from the residence and the lively island metropolis Lefkas-town within about 5 minutes driving distance.

Furnishing:

The villas, with  a living space of 130 sqm are apt for 6 persons and are equipped with:
